Shipping & Returns

All of our items are handcrafted by either Chad or Audrey Stephens. We maintain a production schedule throughout the year of all the items which have been ordered. If the item you order is not in stock it is added to the production schedule.

Standard Shipping - FREE!
All standard shipping items are mailed using First Class US Mail. Items which are in stock will be sized and ship out within a week. Items which are not in stock are added to the next spot in the production schedule. Items which need to be made are usually shipped within 2 weeks, but may take up to 6 weeks. First class mail generally takes 5-7 business days (but can take longer in some circumtances).

Priority and Express Shipping
Priority and Express shipping options include an express handling charge which allows your order to skip to the head of the line in our production schedule. If the item is on hand it will generally ship within 1-2 days. If the item needs to be made, it skips to the top of our production schedule, and will generally ship out within a week.

Our Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with your jewelry for any reason, you may return it within 30-days for a full refund of your purchase price. Additionally, all of our jewelry comes with a life-time workmanship guarantee, if you every break one of our piece, you only need to contact us and mail it to us, and we will repair it free of charge. We expect our jewelry to get a lifetime of use, and are sure you will be satisfied with all the jewelry you receive from us for years to come. Please always email us before returning any item as our shipping address varies depending on our show schedule.
